ECOH is constantly striving to improve provider quality and, in turn, member satisfaction. As part of our dedication to improving your healthcare experience, we have implemented a survey program to help us assess the quality of care received from our providers, as well as your overall level of satisfaction with those providers.

Our first initiative involves hospital inpatient experiences. Questions are scored from 1 - 5, with 5 being the best score.
